Overview​

Our booking cancellation and security deposit refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our clients and our dress protection logistics. Because dresses are reserved specifically for your event date, cancellation timelines dictate refund eligibility.

To be eligible for a full security deposit refund, the rented outfit (Lehnga, Maxi, or Gown) must be returned to us on the agreed date, unworn at any event other than the designated booking, and free of permanent stains, tears, or alterations.

Non-Refundable Situations & Fees

Certain situations compromise the booking schedule or the garment’s premium quality. We do not offer booking fee refunds or full security deposit returns for:

  • Late Returns: Failing to return the outfit by the scheduled date and time blocks another customer from their booking.

  • Severe Damage: Permanent fabric tears, burn marks, heavy embellishment loss, or irreversible alterations.

  • Unapproved Self-Cleaning: Attempting to dry-clean or wash the heavy bridal/formal embroidery yourself, which can damage specialized zari or tilla work.

To complete your booking confirmation, security deposit return, or cancellation request, we require your original digital booking receipt or proof of identification.

Conditional & Partial Security Deposit Returns

There are certain situations where only partial security deposits are returned or distinct structural deductions apply:

  • Minor Stains/Snags: Removable stains or minor thread pullings that require special premium dry-cleaning or minor artisan repair.

  • Delayed Drop-off: A fixed daily late penalty deduction applies if the garment is returned past the agreed calendar date.

  • Early Cancellation (Within 7 Days of Event): Cancellations made right before the event date will result in a forfeiture of the rental booking advance, but your security deposit will be fully released.

  • Urgent Size Re-fitting Changes: Requests for major, last-minute bodice adjustments made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur an express tailoring fee.

Fitting & Size Adjustments

We offer complimentary custom fitting adjustments (such as minor waist, bust, or length alterations) based on the measurements provided during your trial or booking. If your rented outfit requires an emergency size adjustment before your event, please notify us immediately at your email address or visit our studio at your physical address Because these are unique designer pieces, completely replacing an outfit for a different size or design depends strictly on our remaining boutique availability for that date.

Third-Party Pickups & Gift Bookings

If a bridal or formal dress booking was made as a gift or surprise for someone else, or if a friend/family member is picking it up on your behalf, please inform us in advance.

  • Verification: The person picking up the outfit must present the original digital booking receipt and a valid ID.

  • Security Deposit: The security deposit will still be tied to the primary booking account, and any security refunds will be issued directly back to the original payer once the dress passes our inspection team.

Rental Pickups & Returns Logistics

To return your rented outfit or drop it off after your event, please bring it back to our studio location.

If you are using a premium courier or delivery service to return the dress, you will be fully responsible for paying the delivery fees. Delivery and courier charges are completely non-refundable. If we have to arrange a pickup for a delayed dress, the transit cost will be directly deducted from your security deposit.

Important Notice for High-Value Outfits: Given the premium value of hand-embroidered bridal Lehngas and heavy designer maxis, we strongly recommend returning the outfit in person. If you must send it via courier, you must use a secure, trackable ride service and ensure the garment is sealed securely in its protective garment bag. We cannot assume responsibility for transit damages or losses caused by third-party delivery services.
