We understand that minor wear—like a loose bead or a tiny tear at the hem—can happen during an event. Minor, repairable damages are covered under our basic care policy. However, significant, irreversible damage (such as large burns, major stains that ruin the fabric, or missing pieces) will result in a deduction from the security deposit or a damage fee based on the repair cost.

Yes. To secure your luxury outfit, a fully refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking along with the rental fee. This deposit is entirely returned to you within 24 to 48 hours after the dress is received back at our store and passes our routine quality inspection.
